Our promise
We want you to love your order. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.
Lost package
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.
Any other issue
If you are not happy for another reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Tell us what happened and we will work with you on a fair solution.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
